Deathmark Bugged in raids?

I run mainly empire squads, and when I use Deathtrooper's Terminate, after the Deathmark Debuff wears off, I still can't target other units. When I have vader, his culling blade does the trick, but without him I'm kinda stuck. Has this happened to anyone else? It happens to me pretty consistently.

Yes it is a reported bug. Seems they forgot to remove the taunt when deathmark is removed.
Deathmark last 2x full turn complete the taunt last 5x full turn complete.
