Rey vs Luke Vs Finn

So I would like to swap out my Consular for either of Rey, Luke, or Finn. The other characters in my squad I am happy with:

Phasma (leader), Duku, Sid, and Lumi

Any thoughts of which of the three would fit best? Much appreciated.

Rey, but she is the hardest to farm. Luke 2nd, Finn 3rd.
