Arena Team Please help!

Hello! I am currently in a struggle as a f2p player looking for some arena help, was looking for some suggestions because my current teams aren't cutting it and I wanted some advice on teams I could use for cracking that top 100 in arena! my SWGOH GG is https://swgoh.gg/u/weeman120/ and my ally code is:774-612-633

Start by changing your arena leader. Vader is not a viable arena leader in the top 100.

My guess is that you need better mods, and look to get tankier to survive all the counter atks

Improve your mods is always an answer to this sort of question. Not sure what advice to give here. I'm not the best on mods myself.

A more specific one is what synergies do you get with Kylo Ren and the rest of your team.

For now I would use, DN lead, sidious, Vader, palp, and kylo. You should have a decent tank for the squad but it should get you close to 100. Want to get palp as quick and potent as possible to get those stuns up first thing and let Nilly do his thing early

Zader lead is easily countered by an early tenacity up. Did you try Maul/Zaul lead? Yes, even with all those R2D2s out there it's better.

You have some pretty good speed secondaries on your mods. However, you have been really unlucky with the primaries on your tringles and crosses....

The circle mod from Poe is definately better used on your arena team, and you can also get some slight improvements through your square mods.

I want everyone to aim for top 5 not top 50

Are you in a newer arena shard? Because I’m in a 12/2016 shard and I tried to use Zader in arena and every other team ate him up. In my shard I have a mix of the CLS meta, Nightsisters, Phoenix and General Zarris teams and my Zader team didn’t hold up, and I have good mods.

How old is your shard? First impression is you might actually want to try a resistance team, it will help you climb on offense but the defense sucks, but same for vader. Finn, poe (FAST), rey, r2 and RT will do fine.

An alternative is using a rex lead with thrawn, DN, R2 and Sthan (until Kenobi). Works great against cls meta and is an allround strong team.

I still run rex and still get first daily, it also helps if you can find your shardmates on discord or Line

@AntonioGNAL my shard is 2 years old, everyone has all g12 cls teams or gk/zarris and a few have ns, i absolutely destroy all gk/zarris teams and fight evenly with the rest and resistance teams are really easy for me so if new rey changes meta towards that then arena gets even easier

@Waqui early tenacity up doesnt really hurt me, thrawn still fractures, nihi will still raise thier cds, and tarking will still land offense down on atleast 3... and the tm reduction from zader is unresistable
