Missing shards from night sister event...

I had 15/25 shards for zombie. After I did the night sister event twice and got 17 shards. Now I'm at 17/25. I'm not the only one to, people in my guild have the same problems. Sent message through the game help also. Hope that this gets fixed

I got 7 of each over 2 hard mode wins. Applied correctly for me.

I got 5 from 1st battle but no shards from 2nd one.

I am almost positive the same happened to me.

Thought I was at 15 shards or each and after event I was at 17 and 19 when finishing the bonus tier both times ..
