He already exists in game in some of the events, I think he would be a cool and interesting addition, and might helpful the Jedi faction, here's my idea for his kit.
Jedi Temple Guard
Protective Tank that guards fellow Jedi.
Basic - Sentinel Strike - deal physical damage to target enemy and gain protection up 30% for 2 turns, with a 35% chance to reduce Jedi cooldowns by 1.
Special - Jedi Retaliation - Cooldown: 4 - gain taunt, retribution and health up 20% for 1 turn. Everytime a Jedi falls below 50% health, Cooldown is instantly refreshed, and Temple guard gains 50% turn meter.
Unique - Cease Hostility - every time a Jedi ally takes damage, Temple Guard Gains 5% turn meter. If Temple Guard has taunt and takes damage, allies recover 5% Health and protection.
