resistance trooper
I seem to have issues with resistance trooper procs.. the evasion seems to happen once a battle and not %50. the cool down reduction on the special attack doesn't seem to work at all.. at least combined with sid. anyone else have issues with him? I've not seen any mentions of this in the forums. I think he is great otherwise, glad he can be upgraded now. thank you.
