Reys hero event, tier V help

I've can't for the life of me beat tier V, I an wondering what strategy people have used to get past it,
Finn leader gear 9, Rey is gear 10, and Vchewie is gear 8, all have my best mods on them, no zetas, 50% of the time I can get to the last stage with all 3, and I can kill 1 or 2 before they wipe me, the rest of the time I barely scrape by the second stage with only Rey and they finish her quickly,

Any help would be appreciated

What helped me was going after the tie pilots or officer first. Save Chewbacca's Furious Blow to remove taunt and finish the officer and pilot's off.

Yea, go for the tfp first. Took a few tries but was able to do it after that
