Add Protection Regen Between Nodes
Protection didn't exist when the game launched. Now at G7 and especially G8 (where I am now at level 70) galactic war is impossible without protection regen. At launch healing would have still been viable.
I also believe protection regen is in territory battles (platoon unlock? I've only done one TB) for probably this exact reason.
