Thrawn gear12 maxed no zeta
Vader gear 12 maxed no zeta
Ep gear 10 maxed
Tfp gear 9 maxed
Gmt gear 10 maxed

You can do it. I think I did it with g9 Palpatine, g8 Vader, Tarkin, TFP, and RG. Only Palpatine had good mods. That said, I had to restart a number of times to get good RNG. But it was doable.

Youll need god like Rng, make sure palp has a heap speed and you should be good
