Will they happen again

Will there events happen again in the future or is it like a one time only thing. Also the cantina battles, can you make the shards from cantina battles a bit more common because I keep getting like 1 or 2 from like out of 10-15 battles in a row. Please and thank you.

Luke's will be coming back, but their extremely rare, a mod responsed on a comment as "soon" so we will probaly get Luke sometime this month.

The "soon" reply was on November 17th? I believe and with the hint for what's coming I believe it will be CLS
