Kylo Unmasked packs for 1299 crystals were available only briefly. They didn’t have a purchase limit but after I attenpted one for 7 shards, it’s been no longer available ever since.
They're gone now, but you can purchase shards from the shipments for 80 / piece. It's a much better value. In a few more weeks, he'll be farm-able somewhere.
Those packs expire after a little while, but don't fret--He's in Shipments now at a much better crystal value. I *think* he's in Chromium packs, too, but don't bother with that method, that's for new players to quickly build their roster or for very, very wealthy people who don't mind throwing money at a problem :P
In a couple months he'll be farmable somewhere, so if you run out of crystals you won't be screwed. Good luck!
