Solution to Missing Promo Rewards
This is for people that already received an e-receipt for the special rewards but no actual rewards.
My understanding is; if the game is already open when you try to redeem, there is an issue where the rewards get stuck in a que. I tried everything (restore purchases, reboot device, restart app) but nothing worked.
However, when I opened the game on a new device. The que got reset or something and I received my rewards, I also got the free kylo AD again.
TLDR : open game on a new device to get your missing rewards.
