Phoenix or Rebel ??

If you're going to go Phoenix, you're going to want to commit to farming 5 of them. Other than some real powerhouse squads, they're going to be much better as a unit. You'd be farming Hera, Ezra, Kanan, Zeb and Chopper (Sabine is very hard to farm). As a unit, these 5 have very good value; they'll enable you to get Thrawn as well as some other hard-to-obtain toons, and they're also decent in TW and Raids. On top of that, they're also needed in LS TB and can be very good in TB all together.

If you're going to take the Rebel route, there are a ton of options. Wedge and Biggs are greater starter toons and can work well with Ackbar (whom you already have). You're going to want to replace Lumi as soon as possible; she's a great starter toon but is massively overmatched by dozens of other toons (to put it nicely).
