start with phoenix, they will keep you competitive in arena till around level 80, and can help you get thrawn, palpatine, and ezra/kanan plus 3 jedi can get yoda... ezra, kanan, hera, chopper and zeb are all easy to farm, work on them and an empire team and you will be off to a good start...
