Are Chromium Packs leaving the store??

Noticed that there was a 14 day timer when I went to open a bronznium? Is this a bug or intentional?

    The timer is there because of the limited time increase on shards from 10-12 to 15 for drops.

    Oh ok then. That confused me a bit.... I'm used to timers being for expiring

    From update post

    Limited-Time Chromium Changes
    For a limited time, all drops of Chromium packs have been increased, from 10-12 shards per card, to 15 shards per card! This special offer will begin on December 21st
