CLS the guy that got his hand chopped off fighting Vader. His Zetas should be "Run Away and Hide", "Let Me Find The Weakest Guy To Fight" and "Get Someone Else To Fight Your Battles".

I've been told that CLS's really necessary zeta is Use the Force. The rest are "optional," but they all obviously make him better.

The only necessary zeta on CLS is it binds all things. The other two aren’t really needed.

Is his leader ability not worthwhile or something? Seems pretty good to me.

I think the leader pretty mediocre for a zeta ability, but that's mostly because his lead is crazy good even without it.

What do you mean by stronger? They do what they say on the tin. They aren't going to affect his base stats or anything. His leader zeta is good (if you're running him as lead of course). The tenacity one won't come into play all that much but avoiding debuffs can certainly help. It's not like a team without a zetas will automatically lose to a team with them or anything.

It's hard to judge exactly how well it all works since his kit is so complicated. For example, It Binds All Things is even better with Learn Control because the 100% tenacity feeds the health and protection gain.

If your going for arena, it will make him stronger. People rather face a Luke without zetas versus one with zetas. Just do it.
