    Not likely. They make more money off peeps buying the packs over and over trying to get the NS they're after.

    I regret not buying at least the 9.99 USD pack/or a couple of the 1299 gamble packs to get her to 4* when she first came out. :/

    Chances are that they will, they always release the event's needed faction in packs.
