raid rewards

As a player that spends a good amount of money on the game because I enjoy it. I am getting more and more frustrated at the game. With extremely poor drops on gear from raids... I am too 3 on every raid and I end up with less than stellar rewards. I don't want to see my love and enthusiasm for the game drop but when I spend a couple hours in a hAAT tank raid so I can get#1 or #2 then receive really poor rewards it's a kick in the" woohoo's". Won't even start on the fact that I went over a month without receiving a Zeta from challenges. As a player I want to understand that you gear us and understand our frustration. Please don't discard this I really want to know if these types of things will be addressed.

I can feel the pain.. mk 6 nubian scanner seems to be most frequent gear from raids..

The funny thing about that is, that you also can get two fully crafted (and useful) gear pieces with rank 30. It's ridiculous.
