Executioner bundle issue

I have just bought the 40 shards + other items bundle, got charged for it, but no items and now I have the 25 shards bundle.
I see that this is not the first time something like this happens. Is this how EA behaves? Bugs in the purchasing area? What happens if you don't notice, they get the money and that's that?

what 40 shard bundle? for FOE I only see the 25 shard pack and the 5-330 pack

Ok so your saying you got the shards but not the gear? did it show up in the pack opening screen and you are not seeing them in game, or did they not show up in the pack opening?

The only thing i got was 10 bucks lighter....no shards, no gear, no pack opening animation...but the money were taken
