Bronzium pull

Today I pulled a 4* barris in the bronzium packs but when I went to activate her she wasn't there. Can someone help on how I go about submitting a claim. thanks

Just to make sure, you pulled a whole character and not a shard? If it was a whole character nice pull, that kind of pull almost never happens
