Does plague crit?

As the title says:

Is Mother Talzin's plague damage able to crit?

I believe that %health attacks usually don't crit, but I just want to make sure that plague is no exception. Trying to figure out wether crit chance/crit damage on mods are worth it or a waste.

Yes, but only when she causes the bonus damage from attacking with her basic and someone else has plague

Not the plague damage that occurs during the beginning of their turn. It's like a hot or burning. It's a straight percent health, and they deal the damage to themselves.
