Territory War team counter

The counter on each territory, located in the top right corner, shows the amount of teams in each section. It used to reflect how many teams are left but now it doesn't. What happened?

Also note: when you are trying to select a team to fight and it auto scrolls you to the top of the list is SUPER ANNOYING.
