How does one get the omega upgrades for ships? I saw one guy in my fleet arena who has it but it says location unknown when I search for it. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Is it a hacker? or am I missing something

They were purchasable at one point, I wasn't around at that point in the game so don't know the full details. Not sure if they've been back since or are coming back

I think they’ve only popped up through certain events. As with hardware abilities, they’re still “coming soon.”

gaunlet starfighter pack contained 10 ship omegas
edit: maybe just 5, but it was enough to upgrade tf passive ability

Each of the ship packs contained some, if you bought them you got some omegas. They have not been released to anyone who has not bought packs yet.
