Who takes the lead?

In TW, when a leader is defeated, but not the entire team, does the lead change? Does it become one of the remaining characters, or no lead?

Also, do cooldowns carry over as well? I know this question should be in TW strategy, but I just wanted a quick answer, if possible.

The leader remains the same, but there are no more leadership abilities. Cools downs, TM, etc, all carry-over, just like in GW.

I think same as GW, no lead, saves TM and cooldowns

galactic war rules. leader dies, no more leadership. CD and tm carry over except for skills banned for cd change, which are bb8 and nihilus ultimate.
