Swgoh.gg pulls data from EA to make that site work. That is not what they are talking about.

Generally speaking they are talking about using macros and other things to alter game play for an advantage.

3rd party software that has an effect on gameplay, such as hacks or cheats, that allow players an advantage in game is banned.
