Squad arena issues

So I've seen plenty of people complain about how their more powerful squads are getting comprehensively beaten by lower grade squads, but I've recently noticed a different issue in the arena, that skews the balance of the battle.

I have played a few games in recent days where special attacks by opponents appear to not have any cool down whatsoever. A good example of which was in my most recent battle, where my opponent had a Jedi Consular in their squad, who was able to use his "attack as defence" move 2 moves in a row, without any cool down, and then from the same squad, their Genosian soldier managed to use it's swarm attack twice in a row too.

Anyone had similar issues?
