Looking for Quality Players

I've been at this recruitment business for awhile now, and I've pulled in players of all kinds from all over. Some with great rosters, but poor attitudes, others with terrible rosters and very likable personalities. Sometimes both combinations evolve into great players, other times not so much.
Do you consider yourself a quality player? Someone who is interested in team progression, building a community, making friends with your guild mates, and working together to achieve a common goal? If so, we'd love to meet you. We're roughly half a guild of such individuals currently, and we've been very selective with our recruitment process. This half guild already has 48 million GP and is functioning better than a 50/50 guild with the same GP (as I have personally been part of both!). We're committed to bringing in the best kinds of players and we're hoping that there are some more of you out there looking for a new home.
