is there a difference

I was wondering if it mattered if you level up to 85 without putting any gear on would your toon be weaker than someone who built there toon gear then level? is there not multipliers that affect your toon if done the second way?

It does not matter a level 85 g12 will have the same stats before mods regardless of whether you add gear first or level up first

This^^ don’t ask a question if you plan on testing it yourself. The first answer was true. All the multipliers happen on base stats no matter if the gear or level happens first.

Is there proof? cause ive seen toons at same gear level and level that are weaker than mine with no mods on mine
