No. Malachor being a dark side nexus, Dark Side characters (Sith really) should get bonus, just like Jawas and Jedi get in HAAT. Jedi would get debuffed, if we wanted to go by lore standards.

Why would DS get a bonus? Separatist don't get a bonus in AAT.
