The title says it all .
Edit: moment of sanity here, probably healing up to 100%. It was just shocking that health went from orange to green in one go...

Yep that was probably it - it just felt extremely odd since health bars were deep into the yellow/orange yet one single move cleaned the plague across the whole team...
