Stuck in a loop and can't finish TB CM

I have a Zaul that is left against a Hoth Rebel Soldier in the TB CM. Neither one can kill the other, and I have left it running on auto for 30 minutes with no change. How do I get out of the battle without losing all my territory points for my guild?
