Increase drop rate for purple gear items or lower the cost per attempt

First time: 270 stam for first stun cuff, this time.. 310 stam and still havent gotten one.

Does this make sense to anyone? Farming 2 weeks for 1 GEAR piece. The fact that it's 50 purple is bad enough but these have a lower drop rate than the regular purple i.e laptops.

So ridiculous.
