How come these two are not easier to farm. This should've changed with DSTB. I don't care about the cost (fleet token or guild store), that's not the issue. It's rather the RNG that really gets to me.
Why not just do as with Starck. Give them a permanent spot in the stores. Who cares anyway, they are not meta-defining, and such would help remedy the [still broken] dark side territory battles.

I know, and obviously these two BH are not high priority whatsoever considering everything else that's going on. But all I know is I've been farming them for about 6 weeks (started back in Jan) and I'm at 17/25 Dengar, and 0/65 Zam (currency not an issue, so I purchase every time I see their shards pop up).
