Who can replace GK on an EP(z) team?
I'm ready to take the plunge and zeta my Palpatine, but I don't know what characters to use to compliment him. My current thought is EP, Vader, Thrawn, Nihulus, and _____.
For the tank I was thinking of putting in shoretrooper or KRU. I was thinking that KRU works since he inflicts some debuffs, gains taunt when attacking a debuff, and has somewhat of survivability when being attacked.

Shore is definitely better than trooper. Trooper will work in a pinch, but the healing and crit immunity really aids the rest of your team even if his taunt gets removed.
Not only that, he gives tm to other empire units when he's taunting.
Same team except I use shore and he uses GK
Not saying shore isn't better in mirror, but winning on offense doesn't really show much, unless you're doing it on auto without targeting.
We all know how bad the AI is...
In a mirror match though, I could see your vader going first as being huge. GK will speed up the opponent, while shore will speed up his team.
Lets all agree health steal up is useless for this squad.
