Tarkin stacking potency

Tarkin gets 50% potency stacking from his basic attack until ultimate firepower is used. In PVE, if there are multiple stages like a mod challenge, will the stacking reset after each stage or carry over between stages?

Carries over between stages in PVE, but in Raids it won't carry over between phases. The only thing that carries over between raid phases is max health + max protection

It carries over in raids too. Tested in Rancor at any rate.
Master's Training also carries over between raid phases.
Sidious Leadership boost to Sith also carries over between raid phases.
Each raid phase is a separate Encounter, so all those bonus that state until end of encounter will not carry over.
Those bonus that state until end of battle (or do not specify end of encounter) will carry over.
