So I have him at 4* and want to know how good he is and if he is worth the level? If anyone has him, I would love some insight. Thanks!

Personally I think he's amazing, don't know why the majority of people don't use him but his aoe is killer. He's definitely worth starring up

There's a scoundrel event coming at some point so upgrading him couldn't hurt.
