slow arena at 16:00 gmt -3

I started my last attack of the day arena. My game has downloaded 4 mega times around 4:00 pm GMT -3. The configuration of the game was set speed x1, and it is impossible to face several teams at this speed of animation. So normal, but that was not the only problem. The speed of the game was monstrously slow and with 30 seconds left the customer restarted. I ask you guys to check if it was a problem with the update or if it was local on my phone.
