Achievement - Flawless Victory

So, since the QOL update where there were new achievements posted (which I received when I logged in), there is a "Flawless Victory" achievement. This achievement states that you must win a TW by defeating all territories, which my guild has done on multiple occasions.. Is this only counting raids this side of the QOL or does it include prior wins and is just a bug?

Its a lot of guild coin/event coin to just be sitting there.. staring at me.. knowing my guild mates and I have achieved it!!

same here, we achieved it in the first couple of wars, and didn't receive the achievement rewards

We have the same think with the flawless victory achievement several people in my guild and we had clear all sections in a past war some of us have photos for that.
