Roster Filters: Available Gear/Available Rarity

First, thank you for the recent Quality of Life update. Love it!

Since the first few days of playing the game nearly 2 years ago, I found it annoying that I have to strain my eyes and scan my roster trying to find the characters with gear that can be upgraded when the Cantina shows there are upgrades available. Especially when it is a rarity upgrade as those are even harder to see. I absolutely love the improved sorting/filtering of the roster and really like that they filtering is available everywhere. But there is still one filter missing. We could really use a filter to show only the characters that have gear and/or rarity upgrades available. That's the whole reason I clicked the roster button. I would, in fact, propose that this new filter belongs as the default filter when there are upgrades available and the user accessed the roster from the cantina.

As a super special bonus, separate roster filters specifically for zetas/omegas/Mk would be great. It would really help in the decision making process.

Analogous tweaks for the above would apply to ships.
