Since there are 10 options only possible, i had to remove some 
But i think, i got the most important ones!

I picked R2 and 3P0 but I agree birth options are insanely close and miles ahead of every other option (if by iconic we mean recognizable)
Didnt count them as a duo really, since they never fought side-by-side.
i had 13 options, this one was one of the removed ones (because of its short lasting period), i also thought to Lumi and Barriss (Master & Padawan), Asajj and Mother Talzin, .. but ya ... 10 options ...
My favorite duo, of corse, is Anakin and Ahsoka, but however, thought impartial, i agree with majority, Han and Chewie and/or C3PO and R2D2.
