Sion TM (Palp lead)

Have you seen that Sion does not gain TM under Palp leadership after he uses Torment? Probably even after every Pain apply. Pain is a debuff, the icon is red! All the synergy under Palp lead is lost for Sion if he doesn't gain that TM! Fix this already!

That is correct. It's Empire toons that gain TM. Which is why I run Empire, and not Sith, under him.
