Arena QOL update needed!!

I love lots of the new updates but why on why when I am climbing in arena before my payout do I need to refresh 10000 times before I see the player holding the spot the highest I can climb to? Seriously the right hand box should always be the highest climb position then refresh the other two slots. I hope the reason is not to try to force unnecessary crystal refreshes because you can’t climb the max number of positions each time!

I like the idea of having the right-most box always be the lowest rank person you can attack. In addition I think it should not show anyone who is currently engaged in battle, or at least show an indicator that they are currently in a battle. It is super aggravating every time I look at all their heroes, set up my team, click to do battle, and only then get told i can't fight them because they are in battle. it is such a waste of time.
