Empire focused player looking for IPD guild

Hey guys I'm in a good guild right now(97m) and it's been good for me but I'm really looking to get my IPD to 7*. I want to find a guild that is focused on this ideally.
Currently im @ about 1,875,000 gp with my focus being on empire units.
I have 7* G11 zveers, G12 zDT, G12 ST, G12 ShT, 7* G11 snow and 5* Starck that will be G11 tomorrow
