Players may need to restart their game to get the fix.

Engineers have identified and quantified the issue.
Very small number of players being impacted.
FIX: Working on a fix now. Stay tuned.
Issue: Some players are having issues entering the game past the login screen on both iOS and Android platforms.
Status: We're investigating cause and will update here.
