Can't Login

I know there's a thread in the announcements forum saying they're working the problem but it's been close to 4 hours since I have been able to login - can I get some sort of update please? I generally try not to complain but I'm very close to unlocking Raid Han and, because of this issue, I missed my chance at participating in my guild's Hard Rancor raid tonight. Some kind of update would be appreciated. Thanks.

The issue seems to be resolved now. I'm able to login and play. However, the problem still stands that I missed my chance to participate in tonight's raid. Is there going to be a free crystal or gear distribution to "make good" on the missed opportunities as there seemed to be previously for problems?
