Switch p1 and p3
As the title states I suggest switching p1 and p3. Start with Traya, the Sion and finally Nihilus before the triumvirate.
Why?
Because Nihilus is tedious with its guessing game of getting the shield done at the right time. Therefore it is generally considered more a chore than fun from what I heard. But to add insult to injury damage done is much less than comparable toons could do in another phase. Therefore there is an incentive for everyone to hold back doing damage in p1 and wait for it to finish and the to post much more damage with a much less annoying part of the raid.
If you switch p1 and p3 everyone will get to work on the raid asap to get through the at least somewhat more fun phases before having to deal with Nihilus.
