Basic: Mud Troper deals physical damage to target enemy and inflicts daze. If the enemy was already dazed inflict stagger.
Special 1: Mud Trooper deal physical damage to target enemy and inflicts Imperial Tracking device.
Tracking Device: Whenever an Ally hits tracking device all allies gain 5 percent TM and Imperial troopers gain double this amount. This effect cannot be cleansed. Cooldown 6
Special 2: All Imperial Troopers gain 25 percent TM and Defense Up. Mud Trooper Cleanses all other troopers and gains one of each debuff cleansed. Cooldown 4
Unique: Mud Trooper is immune to Shock Daze Stagger and takes reduced damage from percent health effects. All Imperial Troopers
gain 8% speed.
Unique Zeta: Allies can ignore taunt and stealth to target tracking device.

It's pretty OP with-in the scope of troopers. Outside of it though he would only be moderately useful. Plus troopers could use the boost.
