Missing raid gear?
Hey all! Not sure if this should/will get moved to the bugs section, so I wanted to pose it as a general question first..
My guild just completed our second hSTR. I finished in 7th and got fairly good rewards. I claimed the rewards and the guild currency, credits and Traya shards immediately showed up in my inventory. NONE of the gear showed up. And yes, I am one million percent positive. I received a fully crafted mk12 multi-tool and was excited to put it on my recently-g12'ed KRUM. I went to go put it on him and was unable to. Then I checked and the rest of the gear (gold biotech and mk10 tagge lens for example) were also not there.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Also, what is the protocol to getting this fixed. I'm a long time player and forum user, just not the most familiar on the etiquette on calling out a dev or submitting a bug. Thanks!
