Talzin and Zombie have monthly events (occasionally twice monthly for zombie). Yoda is usually every other month. Talzin's next even is on the 26th, and Zombie's is on the 31st. There is no known date for the next Yoda event. In the future, you can find these and others by going to the Dev Announcements and finding the current month's event calendar.
Kenobi is farmed by being part of a guild that completes the Heroic AAT raid, and participating in it.

Yoda is such a terrible character and so far from the power levels of the other legendary characters you can certainly ignore it.

100% agree. The way this games treats Yoda is pitiful. He needs a major upgrade.
