Question about stats

Hi guys, I have looked but been unable to find what I am looking for. I am looking for a guide or something that will tell me power levels of specific players at any given star level. I have had no problem finding MAX stats for characters, but i am looking for something that will tell me the power or overall rating of Jedi Knight Anakin. I want to know his power at lvl8 gear at 4 stars. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Is there a list that gives power ratings for any player per star level? Or do I just have to spend all 1.5 million of my credits to take him to lvl70 just to find out if he is rated higher than my 4* Dooku?
